Discreet Shipping

All orders are discreetly shipped in plain brown boxes. You will receive separate emails with tracking information.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, email us on our Contact Us page. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you'll receive a full refund to your payment method. For cancellations after 24 hours, you will receive a full store credit in the form of a gift card.

Shipping Address Change

Once the shipping label has been created, we cannot update the shipping address.
